A family run business from day one, Mitchian Group’s reputation of overall expertise and quality is renowned throughout the Midlands, with our Mechanical and Electrical arms established as far north as Scotland, and our name earmarked as exceptional by developers and principal contractors all the way down to London.
We’ve excelled since our creation in 2008.
Mitchian Electrical got the ball rolling, building lasting and robust relationships with suppliers and manufacturers nationwide. Exceptionally skilled, and with a proven track record of excellence, our electrical arm consistently supports developers and principal contractors with design, installation, and project management.
After years of cementing high-end relationships with major trades and complete immersion in the construction industry, Mitchian Construction were born in 2014.
As our principal contractor, they are supported and work cohesively with every other arm of the Mitchian Group.
Controlling and overseeing every phase, we collaborate with major trades to provide a seamless construction sequence that delivers unrivalled developments.
Next, came Mitchian Capital in 2018.
Our real estate and development division who are dedicated to providing superior and sustainable modern builds that combine classic and contemporary materials and methods.
Overseeing site acquisition, design, construction process and after-care, Mitchian Capital are committed to supplying innovative developments in urban regeneration areas.
Independently established in 2019, Mitchian Mechanical is its own entity & our newest addition. Providing a complete solution to all aspects of major mechanical work, they bring extensive value engineering to every project.
Like all our arms, Mitchian Mechanical works seamlessly alongside our other companies to deliver exceptional engineering in design, installation, or project management.
And our Group keeps an eye on ever-evolving materials and solutions to maintain modern functionality and an unparalleled quality.
