Comprising over 100 classy one & two bed apartments along with our new headquarters, this is the Mitchian Group flagship build.
Our proposal is the demolition of existing structures and the construction of a 6 and 7 storey residential building including a gym, swimming pool, secure parking, landscaping, communal lounge, ground floor commercial unit, and a large flowing roof garden.

Millstone Court, Market Harborough
This innovative redevelopment combines a new build element with a Grade II Listed Building, creating 83 high-end one- and two-bedroom private residential apartments with undercroft parking and a stunning roof garden.
A five-minute walk from Market Harborough Train Station, the existing Grade II Listed Building is being carefully and meticulously brought to its original beauty. Utilising traditional and modern construction methods, it will be converted into 6 one and two bed apartments which are accessed via a new stairwell at the building’s rear.
On the remainder of the site there will be two blocks over four and five stories, comprising 77 one and two bed apartments. The new blocks will be constructed with steel frame, composite deck, and SFS external wall build up.
The façade is finished with high-quality brick, aluminium windows, and over thirty balconies.

The Vera Mitchell Building, Leicester
Transforming the city’s urban landscape, this sophisticated residential project features 122 luxurious one-bedroom apartments, ground floor retail space, residents’ lounge, and a gorgeous roof garden.
Demolished and rebuilt in Leicester city centre, the single block building spans 6-8 floors and is constructed with a premium steel frame, composite deck and SFS external wall build up.
The façade is finished with high-quality brick, aluminium windows, and includes over fifty high-spec steel frame and aluminium balconies.

Northgate Street, Leicester
A modern residential development where we demolished and replaced a former furniture shop in Leicester’s Waterside Regeneration Area, the project delivers 69 luxurious one and two-bedroom apartments across five and six stories, featuring a ground-floor retail unit, under croft parking, and a classy roof garden.
Constructed with premium steel frame, composite deck, high-quality brick, aluminium windows, and SFS external wall build up, the building showcases Juliet balconies and was a finalist in the 2023 Leicestershire Property & Construction Awards, representing innovative urban regeneration.

The Mitchian Capital Building, Leicester
A former Electract warehouse we demolished and redeveloped into a modern mixed-use building that required extensive excavation. The new structure houses 15 high-end apartments with industrial-inspired common areas as well as an underground car park with lift access.
The ground floor office space of this state-of-the-art build is home to the Mitchian Group.
